These terms apply to your use of Relyon products, websites, and services. By engaging Relyon, you agree to these terms. Specific products may have additional terms presented at the point of use.
The service
Relyon provides a device-lifecycle platform that delivers repair services, embedded protection, fleet maintenance, and a certified technician network in Ghana and other markets we operate in.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate device, identity, and contact information.
- Back up your data before any repair service.
- Pay for services rendered, in line with the quote you approved.
- Use the service lawfully and in good faith.
Quotes and warranty
We provide an itemised quote before performing service. Once you have approved the quote, the agreed price is binding except where the device reveals additional faults during service — in which case we will re-quote and obtain your approval before continuing. Repairs carry a 30-day Relyon warranty as described in the warranty terms presented at the time of service.
Payment
We accept MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, card, and bank transfer. Payment is due on completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in a written commercial contract.
Limitations
Relyon is not liable for data loss, indirect or consequential damage, or for issues caused by tampering after service. Where the law allows liability to be capped, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where we are required by regulators, or where continued use would introduce risk to other customers. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, unless otherwise required by law in the market where the service is provided.
